Daughters & Servants is a weekend hosted for women who are in leadership (or who are responding to the call of leadership) to gather and be daughters & sisters in the Father’s Presence.
This is NOT a conference, nor a program-heavy time.
This is us around tables and in living rooms, where each member can share and contribute from their wealth in God.
This weekend is meant for women to sit at the feet of Jesus, to rest in His presence, to BOND together in deep and powerful ways, and come face to face with the Lover of their soul.
As we gather to behold Jesus, He encounters each daughter in a unique way that forever marks us.
We’re believing that during this time, our hearts will become even softer, first love and lovesickness will be awakened again, new friendships will be formed, and our hearts will be knitted together for His purposes (whether we see it now or a decade from now).
God’s Kingdom is so limitless, and uniting intentionally with other church families is part of receiving from the incredible inheritance we have in one another.
Being interconnected with other communities is an intentional action, and this is one of our intentions in gathering.
Our time will be spent in God’s Presence, breaking bread, sharing revelation from the Word, & finding fellowship in the Light.
We will have times of prayer, exhortation, teaching, communion, breakouts, and special focus groups to inspire faith and action in the areas of women’s callings.
We’ve invited a handful of leaders from different communities (who we believe it would be strategic for them to join), along with a handful of women from their team/community to come along.
Our Goals:
Encounter / Reawaken First Love
Encouragement / Strengthening one another
Friendship / Unity
Cross-pollination
Teamwork / Dreaming about the future

*Gatherings
Our gatherings will include everything from worship, prayer, short teachings, corporate sharing and contribution, activation, and ministry time to one another. We gather around the Presence of Jesus, and His Lordship leads the gathering. We believe He will have something unique and special for each daughter coming into His House.
Our Origins:
In 2019, Matthew McCluskey & Daniel Mironichenko cast the vision and empowered Irina Mironichenko and the team to host retreats for women in ministry, where they can come and meet face to face with the Lover of their soul. Every retreat has been different but so powerful and life-changing, as the daughters encountered the Bridegroom, the Healer, and the King. Hundreds of lives have been marked forever. He’s unlocked beautiful voices and deep wells that will never run dry.
“Arise, my love, my beautiful companion, and run with me to the higher place. For now is the time to arise and come away with me.”
Song of Songs 2:13
We originally hosted 8 of these in 3 years (with others beginning to do them in their own circles and contexts). Coming into 2026, we felt the push and desire to resume these weekends and see what God would do!
