Sons & Servants is weekend hosted for men who are in leadership (or who are responding to the call of leadership) to gather and be sons & brothers in the Fathers Presence.

This is NOT a conference, nor a program heavy time.

This is us around tables and in living rooms, where each member can share and contribute from their wealth in God.

This weekend is meant for men to BOND together in a deep and powerful ways.

We believe that as we over-lap with other brothers from different church communities and movements that relational bonds made would bless future generations of disciples.

Gods Kingdom is so limitless and uniting intentionally with other church families is part of receiving from the incredible inheritance we have in one another.

We are believing that God would knit our hearts with His Body for His purposes (whether we see it now or a decade from now).

Being interconnected with other communities is an intentional action, and this is one of our intentions to gather.

Our time will be spent in Gods Presence, Breaking Bread, Sharing revelation from the Word, & finding Fellowship in the Light.

We will have times of prayer, exhortation, teaching, communion, breakouts, and special focus groups to inspire faith and action in the areas of mens callings.

We believe every man coming will be strengthened, encouraged, united and make new brother-friends that God will use in each of our futures.

We’ve invited a handful of leaders from different communities (who we believe would be strategic from them to join), along with a handful of men from their team/community to come along.

This retreat and will primarily be on a first come first serve basis. Don’t delay to register and pay the registration fee to lock your position in the retreat.

Cost is $300 and covers 3 night housing and all meals during your stay.

The Origins:

In 2018 Matthew McCluskey and Daniel Mironichenko originally conceived the idea to gather brothers in this way. The question pondered was… What if brothers spent time in His presence together with no agenda expect to love one another well and bond? How would God knit our hearts and form trust bonds NOW that could that alter our futures and the future of upcoming generations? Uniting ourselves across denominations, cultures, and church communities. We believed that God would ordain those who would come and do something special with our lives. We originally hosted around 10 of these in 4 years, (with others beginning to do them in their own circles and contexts). Coming into 2026 we felt the push and desire to resume these weekends and see what God would do!
